Complaints relative to any Resident and family in the Community will be discussed privately with the particular resident or family involved. After the resident or family has been properly notified in writing, eviction proceedings will be initiated if the complaint has not remedied. Any Resident who has a complaint about another Resident violating the Community Rules and Regulations must make his or her complaint in writing to Management and said complaint must be signed by the complaining party. If the complaint is unsigned, it will not be pursued by Ridgewood Manor.

The above online submittal form is for general purpose and does not fulfill the written and signed complaint copy that is necessary to file a Resident complaint.
